ATHLETIC  PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT

You’re good at a sport, but you’d like to be better.  Or you’re great at a sport, but you seem to have leveled off.  Or you spend so much time on a sport that you’re afraid your back/knee/elbow is going to give out. 

Let us help you improve your conditioning, balance your muscles groups, strengthen your core, increase your flexibility where needed.  Top of the tennis ladder?  Fine.  Weekend warrior?  Fine, too.  Name your sport—golf, squash, tennis, horseback riding, skating, skiing, windsurfing, rowing, etcetera—we can help you. 

We are also happy to work in consultation with your coach, if you have one.

 
POST-REHABILITATION TRAINING

You’ve finished your official post-op rehab and physical therapy.  But your balance is still off, you’re favoring one leg. You still lack full function, or perhaps have some nagging pains.  We have three physical therapists on staff, and they can help you reclaim your old self or create a new, improved one.  Stop by our studio.
